** Identifying Vacancy, Understanding the Job profile, analyzing the job and the need of the required candidature, closure of the position within given TAT.
** “Sourcing / Screening CV’s of candidates sourced through portal (Naukri, Monster, Times jobs, LinkedIn & free site) and validating them on their experience and interest on the role as well as head hunting for required manpower.
** Lateral Hiring: Identifying right candidates with required Skill set and experience and make sure that it should match with the requirement as per the job description
** Short listing the profiles sourced
** Making calls to shortlisted candidates
** Scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates and Sending them to the Hiring Manager and Re-Confirmation from candidates on the date of interview by calling each one of them
** After selection of right candidate, negotiating at salary part
** Follow up with candidates till Joining
** Preparing recruitment tracker/ MIS
** Post Hiring Support and Analysis
** Employee engagement activities.
